Make Everybody PAY for some bad drivers. Thats the American way. Same with DUIs and alkl other laws. They just want to profit from everybody. Yet, some 80 year old woman drives through airport fence recently, onto taxiway, and doesn’t have a clue what she just did. They say they MIGHT have her take her driving test again. WTF? Yet, young man crashes car, has two beers on breath, and all blame goes to the beer he had and he is locked away for life. DUIs are Big Business to feed the corrupt law.
My mom and dad won’t believe me when they are talking on their cellphones while drving, they will get fined. They won’t trust me! Can someone tell me it is, so that Have PROOF!?
don’t fool yourself. Senior citizens are tested with each renewal of their license. if they don’t pass they lose their privilege to drive and if they get into a wreck it’s pulled quicker than for anyone else
the video would be a lot more effective if they had footage of real accidents rather than just possible scenarios. I can make up a vid with actors showing that listening to the radio is more dangerous than drinking and who is to say I would be lying?
Just wait, in the future, they will GPS everyphone, find the intersection you drove through, snap a picture of you on cell phone driving, then an auto bill/ticket will come from Verizon collecting for state for you law breaking. I mean, its Bad Enough they remote activate your cell mic and cam to spy on people courtisy of the Patriot Act and Bush’s recent Telecommunications Immunity Bill he just passed.

they should go to prison because they are too dangerous for our society. I have families too who behave exactly as UR parents. I hope they get caught and receive a severe sentence before they kill someone.

well, don’t drive then if you can’t handle the urges of drinking and driving. (abiding to their rules). Driving is a privilege not a right, otherwise you can drive on your own property.

I could just see the Sheriff in 1820 Tucson Arizona telling cowboys that riding horses is a privilage, not a right. Yeah, you have NO RIGHT in PHREE AMERICA to go from one place to another? Nowdays DUIs are even DUI’s. They are giving out tickets when you are Below the Legal limit,all to raise your insurance and make corperate america more money at your expense. anything for a buck.
Yes, Driving’s a privilege on Government property. (Nothing in the constitution about driving!) If you need to get to your destination, buy the land from Point A to B (so that you would be driving on your own perperty), hitch a ride (Bus, train whatever) or sign a contact (a license) that tells the gov that you won’t run into a kid driving on their roads.
I’m very conservative politically but knowing that you drive on the road with that mentality scares me… Read your Driver’s manual…
New York State banned using hand held cell pnones while driving years ago although they still allow you to use hansd free devices. Texting while driving hasn’t been banned yet but will be soon.
The problem with laws banning cell phones while driving are:
1. Lack of proper enforcement.
2. Fines are too low.
3. It’s not a moving violation so no points go on your license.
4. Should be a jailable offense especially for repeat offenders of if a driver causes an accident while using a cell phone while driving. Causing an accident doesn’t necessarily mean to actually be involved in one.

I swear, I would get outta my car, and someone just better stop me from beating someones ass that decided to hit me while fuckin with a phone. I got an old wooden ball bat hanging in my truck that I named “prep basher” but I’m thinking about renaming it, and making good use of it one day. Cell phones…the worst fucking invention ever made. Reality shows fall a short 2nd place.

Oh yeahhhhhhhh….you know it. You know me like your own father or mother huh? Your exactly right though. I love the shit outta some cell phones son. I’d stick it up my rump if I could I love em just that much! I just can’t get enough of em. I’d eat cell phone cereal if they made such a thing where the little bits of cereal appeared to look like a Motorola. Um um ummmmmmmmmmmm….good! Dam. Just like poppin open a can of Campbell’s chunky goodness. Favorite invention indeed.
